
Did you let your baby or toddler watch TV all the time?and if it is not whole time, is it so many that when they didn’t watch TV, they will cry and become addictive to TV. When they do, it is the time to look more about “watching TV session”.
Parents and pediatricians are questioning how television is too much. Is it affecting toddlers extends care? Is it because of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)? The new studies are saying that is a factor. The more TV a child watches, the greater the risk of developing attention difficulties. Much of the tube is also a factor in childhood obesity.

Reduce TV time
There are plenty of ways to reduce the amount of television their children watch. There are also plenty of things to do instead of being a couch potato.
* Do not eat in front of the TV. Make mealtime a time for family to sit together and talk.
* Try offering rewards to your child by not watching television.
* Distract your child with other things like toys or puzzles. Do not leave the TV running in the background.
* Go outside and let your child explore. Going for walks will introduce your child to new things, but let them walk instead of staying in the stroller will also help increase your physical activity.
* Reading books is a very important part of the life of your child. It promotes and enhances their imagination. It is also essential for language development.
* Be sure to discuss its rules of TV with family members and other caregivers.
Here is another reason to turn off the TV. Not only will a child be more active, you can improve your own relationship with your partner to interact and communicate more. This is beneficial for both you and the children, showing a good example.
You do not have to take your child back to the stone age, but keeping their day with a variety of activities is important for growth and development. They will thank you when they are older.
